Kicked to dashboard every 5-10 minutes

I keep getting kicked to dashboard every 5 - 10 minutes. Have checked with my ISP and no issues with connection, anyone else experiencing this? Also cannot start final mages guild quest, anyone also having this issue?

I have been having this issue for 5 weeks and have tried everything suggested to me to fix this problem but it still persists. even reset my console back to factory settings as a fix but still happens to me every 9 minutes exactly.

I see this problem in the forum more and more so this needs to be fixed quickly as the game is no longer playable for me. It sounds like microsoft may need to update the disk drives to make this game run better or Zenimax need to find the root cause of this and adjust certain settings on their end to stop this problem.

to help you can do the following which helped me for a few days,

delete the local ESOTU data
clear the blu-ray persistent storage

these two helped at first before i had to use the third way of uninstalling and reinstalling the game which worked for almost a week.
