Perma Sprint Stamina Bug

I've noticed this bug several times and finally recorded it. I'm not sure what the trigger is, but you get stuck sprinting and can't use any abilities. The effect doesn't end until you run out of stamina. You're stuck sprinting and every movement you make costs stamina and you have to run out of it to end the effect. I feel like I notice it most when I'm roll dodging and animation cancelling a Rally or another attack. In the video you can see me press several abilities and try to attack/heal and I can't do anything. I'm forced to run away to his leash point and get my stamina to run out so I don't die. (I'm not sure why, but it seems that the Flawless Dawnbreaker caused it this time because if I was already affected I wouldn't have been able to use an ultimate)
