Worst customer support ever..

I have put in two tickets today regarding the same issue and your customer support has not even bothered to read my emails, instead I've been sent two generic responses from your advisor Kenzie.

How many tickets do I have to submit before I actually get a human response?

    I've been playing the game for two years and never had a problem. Any reports I've had they send an automated message but normally within a few days follow it up with an actual response. I can tell it's a real human because sometimes there are spelling mistakes or typos. I guess that could be a bot to do that on purpose but I highly doubt it. Have you given them a week or are you just expecting them to respond to you that second? There are 3 platforms with a million players playing this game.

    The more tickets you send o the same issue the more you clog the system with duplicate tickets on the same issue...slowing response. So yeah, you just keep firing those tickets on the same issue...one will stick eventually...or maybe you'll crash customer service.
