Inferno Staff Animation Bug

Hello, fellow players. I seem to be experiencing a bug with inferno staff animations - most of the time when I attack in third person, there is no fire bolt, or it is significantly delayed. No other weapon or skill does this, only the inferno staves. This occurs across my characters. I am running the game on pretty much max settings with no lag or anything, otherwise. It is not game-breaking, of course, but it is very annoying. Any idea what might be the problem?
