nodes and blacksmithing level

Ok i have a ult with fully level smith woodworking and cloth and on my main i dont have them leveled at all I send all the stuff to my ult to craft.
So what i ask is does leveling a craft give you more from a node or is it rng

Yeh i just got that and it confused me if it was rng or set amout at level marks.thanks0
