I've just started a new guild for stoners called "The Stoners In Tamriel"
If your interested in joining the guild you must ether smoke or support medical MJ!
You'll start off as "Bong Breakers" and could work your way up the ranks to "Stoners", first {FIFTY} to Join will be promoted to Stoners right away!
