Game continues to crash every 9 minutes

5 weeks ago my game kept on crashing every 9 minutes on the dot. I went to Zenimax support and they gave me 3 things to do.
Delete the local game data
delete the blu ray cache
uninstall and reinstall the game
I tried the first two and that worked for a few days until it started happening again so i installed and reinstalled that game which worked for another few more days. on Monday it started happening again, so i went through all three steps again and it continues to crash every 9 minutes. What did work, even for a little while no longer works at all.
Any help will be appreciated

Dakari24✭I have been onto ESO support, tried the rest of their suggestions to no avail, so I went to xbox live support. After the 19 steps they suggested and reseting my console back to factory settings, lucky I have an external to keep my data, it still crashes after 9 minutes.
I am unable to play ESO at all. It was fun while it lasted...0
