If I sign up for ESO plus now(7/15) will I receive the imperial city when it drops without needing to buy it from the crown store?

Correct, but if you do ESO+ till then you will get 3,000 crowns in the 2 month wait to purchase IC DLC0 -

The 10% seem to help more then just 10%. Plus it's not just for xp it's also helps with crafting skills & such.0 -

FancyTuna8✭✭✭would wait to sub until just before start of IC. if you hate IC, you only sub 1 month to find that out. If you like it, then you will be subbing for 11/2 to 2 months' worth and then buy it perm.0
