I'm in Greenshade next to the verrant morass wayshrine. An oblivion portal opened and spawned some enemies. When I approached and got within a certain range they dissapeared. When I backed up they reappeared and then walk toward them again they would dissapear again. This has also happened with a couple chests in Greenshade as well.
