Craglorn Wayshrine Needed

✭First of all, you can't enter Craglorn unless you are VR1. Second, there is a Stargazer NPC in your Undaunted daily city that initially sends you to Craglorn. He is standing by a cart. Click on the cart and it sends you to Belkarth wayshrine in Craglorn. -
