If you want people to shell out cash you need to start updating your crown store either more frequently or give us more to buy per update. Adding one mount a pet and a dress every month isnt going to keep your game afloat very long, We level quickly in this game and honestly it is lacking content to keep us entertained so either pump out more useless crap for us to gawk at (armor motifs for example) or actually start adding real content to keep us entertained and paying.

On a side note, Maybe start telling us way in advance what you have planned for further crown store updates so you can find out ahead of time what it is that we like and dislike and what is more likely to sell like hotcakes instead of simply putting something out and HOPING its something we consumers actually want.
Or hey, Actually read some of the suggestions on this forum, I noticed a general LACK of responses to many forum posts on this site. You want money right? Start paying attention

It's weird, in the past few months, folks have datamined literally dozens and dozens of new costumes and crown store item each crown store update we get like maybe one or two of them and like a reskin of an already available mount (horse, guar etc)

I Agree. I would also like to see some new mount models, I have seen suggestions for Elk and Wolves, but again many of these suggestions are left un-responded. I do not expect them to respond to every request, but this forum in particular is where they will be getting the majority of their income so it would make sense to give it more attention than is currently displayed. Our feedback on what virtual items we are willing to pay for should be a huge priority for them, right up there next to bug fixes and maintenance. Those are the things that make sure they continue to profit.

I think part of the problem is coming up with new mounts that doesn't kcik the lore's teeth in too much as Elder scrolls fan are always more critical when it comes to lore. Like the frost mare and stuff are pushing the line.

Something like an elk or bears (like we have seen) is fine but at this same time, no one wants Warcraft level of silly mounts

I am surprised they don't have that creepy zombie horse skin featured in their videos. I know they have the three character costumes on the drawing boards but the horse might be a good hit. And they have hinted at the bear mounts... I myself am waiting for the rainbow butterfly unicorn kitty.... but that doesn't really fit into the lore lol

To be honest I'm not even sure there are active Mods looking at these forums anymore. Rarely do i see a recent response to these topics. Makes you wonder why you should even bother using the ESO plus, it's apparent they do not care about appealing to their target audience. I even checked the developers forum, seems like there hasn't been a new topic there since last year and they hardly address actual issues on their "live" talks!

I suppose these forums are all decoration?
If this negligence continues I'll be cancelling my Eso plus and taking my money elsewhere.

I suggest zenimax starts reading our feedback and responding before other customers like myself begin to vanish.
We are your income zenimax. You may think "eh, one customer doesnt matter" but one customer easily becomes many and your profit as well as your reputation will decline.

Its a shame really.
