Weapon keeps vanishing?

The last few days or so I'm having my weapon vanishing and am unable to use any abilities or attack. It's happened half a dozen times or so. If I can live long enough to run far enough away from whatever Mobs I was fighting, the game will rubber band me back to the fight and everything will be back to normal.
Not a big deal, just FYI. Hasn't happened in a dungeon yet which is a plus.

Have you noticed it happening after an ability that has a leap or movement animation in which you lose or break LOS on the target you are going after? Also did you notice any break in animation of any ability right before this happens?0 -
Neolink7✭I use Ambush as my gap closer so that may be it. It does always seem to happen right at the start of a fight which would be right after I leap using Ambush.0
