friend's list issue or potentially hacked?

i've searched the forums for a bit now (from just going through the forums manually and trying the search function) but haven't found anything related to this. if there's already something similiar and i just missed it: i'm sorry for the redundancy.

a friend of mine messaged me this morning with a comment about how he barely missed me: this concerned me because i hadn't logged in for at least 24 hours at the time. according to him, i'd last logged in 5 minutes prior but no icons or information was showing up around my username (alliance, location, class, level). i've seen this happen on my friends list for someone but don't have any screenshots (my friend didn't take one either). i was concerned, so i immediately jumped online to check my items, gold, etcetera. everything was still there and all my characters were where i'd left them. so i'm fairly certain i wasn't hacked.

does anyone else have experience this?

What I see every now and then is that players on my friendslist are not located anywhere when offline, the info line about their last location is completely empty. The info about their level and class etc were still there, though. With some of them I was still chatting until they logged out, so they were actually online. Unfortunately I always forgot to ask where they were when they logged out.

In your case it doesn't sound too good, especially that your friend saw you online just a few minutes before, although you haven't been on for at least 24 hours. It's also pretty odd that NONE of the infos about your location and class/level/alliance etc were showing up, maybe the support could find out why your account was logged in and from where (eventually they can see the IP, I don't know).
I know my posting is not very helpful, but I wish you good luck to find out the cause of the issue, though
