Can we have an exact news release date today ?

Likewise the topic indicates, according to ZENI last Friday, they promised us 3 things:
1. They will delay news from Monday to some day before weekend.
2. They will definitely release information before quickcon on next Saturday (JULY 25th )
3. They will tell us information twice this week, first is on someday before ESO LIVE, and the other will be from ESO LIVE , ESO LIVE usually casted on Thursday or Friday , it depends.
So combine these three condition/items together, we will have the coming information on a day from Tuesday to Thursday .
So, Can we have exact date of up coming news today as there are only 3 days left , why it still treated as something secret ?
I.. I can not see the reasons or points standing behind this hiding/delay.

✭I think this should've been better handled by ZoS.
But looking at it objectively.....
Giving a specific date is a double edge sword - they give the dates, there's a delay, some members of the community are in uproar; or they don't give specific dates, there's a delay, some members of the community are still frustrated.
