if someone crashes while in a pledge dont progress to the next boss and kill, at least wait 5-10mins to see if that person will come back.

if you whisper someone and they ask you a question, dont make them wait 30mins for a response.

if you are having someone make you gear regardless of whos mats are being used tip at least 1k per piece of gear being made.

if you havnt done a dungeon quest yet, please wait till everyone is in the dungeon before starting the quest.


anyone else have any other polite tips they can post?

    Don't Fiery Grip a mob that someone else in engaged in melee combat with unless you know they need help. God damn that is really annoying when the mob I'm fighting gets pulled away.

    If you whisper and someone doesn't reply - they might not have seen it. Tich a friendly (yes I said friendly) game mail to them later.

    If you are making or accepting gear; negotiate the price before anything is made. To me (who is constantly broke) the idea of 1k being a "tip" is ludicrous. Kudos if you have that much change in your pockets. I don't. Ever.

    If you have a preference for dungeon speed (kill/run/kill) or explore-and-do-all-conversations, then say so. Make this explicit BEFORE entering the dungeon. And if someone's is different than yours, when you agree to run the group with them, inherent is that you are both going to modify your playstyles.

    If someone crashes while you are in a pledge - um - why aren't you using teamspeak or skype; that way they can give you a play-by-play on was it a hard crash or are they having loading screen issues.
    Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
    Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
    Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
    Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis
