Is there a simple way to hide the HUD on PS4 for screenshots?

Kind of like the hide helmet option? I've never really used the screenshot function until ESO. Now, I spam it. I just want my current quest and the compass to go away for a few, and I'd be peachy. Thanks.

    I'm curious too.

    This game is pretty and players can be weird so screenshots are a must! Hudless screenshots.

    idk about the compass, but in options you can turn off quest tracking and ability bar. that will clear up most of your screen for screenshots.

    You can turn off everything but the compass in "options." Just be sure you haven't eaten any food/drink buffs prior to your screenshot as that bar cannot be removed during a buff.

    I don't know about on consoles but on PC you can go into Controls and assign a key to toggle the HUD on and off, you could look in the Controls settings to see if its there somewhere.

    Glowing mushrooms? Screenshot....

    Water light of the walls in a grotto? mmm hmmm

    Landscapes with tress and sunset? Gimme that shot.....

    I don't know about the pc version of ESO but the console version is just absolutely exploding with players. no ghost town here.

    Do you guys have a "Controls" option in the settings?

    If so, look for the Hide UI key. That will make everything disappear for optimal screenshotting. :-)

    I haven't found a way to, either, on my PS4. I like to post screenshots on my ESO blog.

    Lol, yes! Exact same for me, too. My cpu's wallpaper is an eso screenshot.
