I have 2 nightblades argonian and khajiit. Can't decide what to be stamina based and which to be magic based?

Doesn't really matter. Argonian gets a bonus with restoration magick, but Khajits just have a sneak bonus. Do whatever you want.

For a min/maxer Khajita would be better for a stamina build. However long term there are plans to allow race changes.

I'd suggest you play one to the fullest first and maybe you won't have to decide when you're further down the road
