New exploit for dragon knight's in PVP :-)

I was doing some PVP on azura's star defending a keep DC was attacking they get the outer wall down then a full raid of dragon knight's jump from the outer wall to the walls of the keep and wipe us out without even needing to damage the walls of the keep.

It looked very cool seeing 20+ dragon knight's jumping from the outer wall on to the walls of the inner keep all coming at me at once, needless to say I died.

and u need to break down the inner wall before u can take the flag. farming ap is a different story

This not new but before only one or two people were doing this now you have full raids groups of just dragon knights doing this. If this is becoming a game mechanic then all dragon knights should know how to do this not just DC in order for it to be fair.

Drop the outer wall with siege and have the dragon knights jump from the outer wall across to the keep it's a quick and simple way to take a keep, there is no reason to use siege on the inner keep any more.

this has been going on since before time itself, although 20 at the same time is not common, nothing new either

While I do think that the location of the NPCs allowing the jump need to be changed, the function to let players jump on players from outer is a wonderful mechanic. I love punting them down after they land and watching them go splat instead of confusing the lesser trained defenders.

I've been playing this game since the second beta grandpa (^_^) Your missing the point, I want all dragon knights to know how to do this. Who knows maybe I'll write a tutorial for the dragon knights who don't how to do this yet if I'm feeling energetic tomorrow lol

There are no NPCs involved, your just jumping from the corner roof on the outer wall to the corner on the inner wall/keep.

On a serious note, that needs to be nurfed someone could fall and cause a serious injury, then we would have all the investigations and health and safety regulation changes, eg DK cannot clime a wall that is over 1.5 meters in height without a support harness and a hard hat, what next, archers must have rubber tips on their arrows, you know where this will lead so stop it now!

I think NBs wth Propelling shield can perfom "jumping" with ambush, havent tested that

Lol, that would be simply amazing to see 20+ DK's doing that. Working as intended, though. Just as the sneak/uppercut 1-3 hits or your sorcy bolt escapes and infinite dodge rolling.

Duncha know this is intended..

ZOS will not be happy until we are all playing DK clones..

They have been OP since day one of PC release and poor Sorcs/Templars struggle to find a way to play this game and then a month latter after ZOS finds out that SORC's/Templar have actually L2P then they get hit with a nerf..

This is happening again with the next patch BTW lol..
Kinda sad honestly. Sorcs get a nerf hammer for being able to RUN AWAY from a fight, but DK's are allowed to basically jump a <Blanking> CASTLE WALL but it is working as intended...................................................................................

@flubber77 I can assure you that you do not need to take the inner wall down to take the flag lol I have recorded many videos and sent them to Brian wheeler to pass along since I don't trust their bug report or report function at all. There are many creative ways to bypass outer and inner and just cap the flags. Hopefully they get them all fixed. Someone's god knows I sent enough how to videos to Brian lol hopefully the team doesn't let us down

No, our group failed an attack, got rezzed inside and just came down the stars when the defenders left and took the keep. All walls repaired and the keep was out of combat again.

I think that was specifically locked out awhile back. But, hey, if it works, let me know, I've only got 4 NBs.
