Define viable and define end-game.

For normal/vet dungeons its probably fine, for vet DSA, trails and pvp it will suck.
Sorcs simply dont have any useful skills or passives to synergies with stamina builds.

For some of pve content it might be not bad, but for pvp in current state of the game NO

For pve it is viable simply because 2h can reach great dps without class skills to support it. That said, it will be inferior to any other class stamina builds because they have useful skills to support the weapon.
On the other hand, next major patch is supposed to address sorc shortcomings in the stamina department.

How much dps do you get with this build against vet dungeon Bosses single target? I'm just interested if stamina sorc build is viable in PvE, because I have not seen a good dps log of a stam sorc yet.
