Impossible to find people for dungeons

Im currently on PS4 AD NA and i have been in like 3 guilds with 300 plus people and no one ever wants to run dungeons and the group finder never works i have no idea what to do to get a decent group of people together

A good way seems to be to use the voicechat and go to the dungeon entrance. For the rest, keep looking for decent guilds that like dungeons, and more important, when you do find a decent group, add them to your friends list and socialise with them. When there was a good run once, they likely want to regroup again.

That only works sometimes, quite often people that go to the dungeons are either already in a group with other people or simply don't respond to you when you ask to group up. I've been trying to get a group together to do the blessed crucible in the rift, and on all 4 occasions I've tried this method only 1 guy has ever shown up (he had just completed the dungeon and was on his way out).

Would also like to point out that the group finder tool REALLY sucks for consoles. I've joined a queue and not found a group even after waiting for over two hours.

Honestly, if we're talking console, I think its way deeper that text chat. I believe the problem is people playing ESO on the console are almost treating the game as a single player game, and have no interest in doing group content. Honestly, I even see people getting mad when doing leveling content and others are around "taking up their space". It is a problem to be expected when so many people came into this game without an MMO background wanting to play a huge elderscrolls games with no bounds. Lots of them have little to zero interest in doing group content, raiding or pvp.

I've seen a lot of people looking for a fourth for dungeons on Xbox one NA ebonhart but they all want healers and I am pure dps . Wish I wasn't a drigon knight for that reason alone lol. I am a v1 Anne I have done 5 dungeons all before lvl30
