Mount Discussion

I have a minor issue with mounts de-spawning when you enter rivers or small lakes. In other MMO's you stay mounted while riding through such things. I think ESO should consider this as well.
I understand that this was built into the game. However I still think the game could benefit from the change.

Thoughts or other suggestions regarding mounts?

Hey ya @RogueWolf_I77V welcome to the forums! I have 2 threads that include ideas to COMPLETELY revamp the mounts:

Advanced Mounts Overhaul Concept & Tangible Mounts Advanced Concept

In the Advanced Mounts Overhaul Concept I suggest an ability to allow our mounts to be able to swim.

I'd have to agree that mounts really should be a bit more waterproof. On the other hand... it explains the easy appear/disappear thing, our mounts are mere phantasms, whose magic is dispelled by running water...

Oh, well. Many possibilities to improve mounts here...

I just want them to be more than a movement speed buff. They're vehicles. That's all. Lifeless & souless.
