Veteran Zone werewolf shrine question

I started out in ebonheart pact and now I'm taking that character through the daggerfall covenant, am I able to pass on my bite to people at the DC shrine? I went there and didn't see anyone (my bite won't be ready for a few days anyway). I realized I'm instanced off from people playing through the normal levels, but would I be able to group up with someone and pull them to my level or vice versa?

To answer your first question. I really don't know, but I do remember it is limited to the shrine you got infected at. Dunno how it really, works, maybe the werewolf npc's that bite don't bite in the veteran levels as well making sure everyone is limited to the level 40 area. You can't pull non veterans to the veteran level area's. They need to have finished the quest to unlock silver alliance (and can be pulled to anywhere in that alliance after that) or they need to have finished silver, to access the gold alliance (and can be pulled anywhere there too then).
