Main Story Glitch

Soul Shriven
I have a glitch from day one launch with the main story, Soul Shriven in Coldharbour. My task is a talk to the prophet. Due to lag on day one this quest was complete but upon exiting the building it was no longer completed. I am a lvl 37 Dragon Knight. I have contacted customer support before and was told to reboot the game and system and stay logged out for a day to be safe. I do not wish to start over, any thoughts on how the quest can become fixed for me. The prophet is showing located in a locked house and when you pick the lock and enter he is not present. I understand the invisible npc issue this is not one of those issues. When I show the quest on map it shows me the wailing prison map. Other than the soul tree skills and the actual story I've been leveling pretty well. Please help. Gamer tag is TruthStriker. The character name is Galadalthor.
