(A)Quest Peacemaker

All i need to complte my (AD) achievments are this damn quest: Peacemaker, can anyone tell me how to get it done?

afaik, there isn't a quest with that name, but there is an achievement. It can be done in Grathwood, just north-east of eldenroot.

Small walkthrough:
1: go to elden root temple wayshrine and walk west (alternativly, go to elden root wayshrine,leave the tree eastwards and follow the path north.

2: at the crossroads, you will find a bosmer and an altmer arguing. Talk to them and settle the dispute. It isn't a quest, nor has any map indication and it is a very small encounter.

Tryed that no luck, think i found them but they did not say anything. Do you have pictures of loctation and npcs ?
