Health Bars With Numbers

Can we get a % or a number on our health / magika / stamina bars.

This has been asked for at least 2064 times in the last 3 weeks since Console release and I agree each time. Get use to how it is, because I don't see this ever being added.

Atleast make it a toggled option. Same with minimap and damage numbers. If Zenimax is trying to appeal to both hardcore mmo players and the immersion-loving Skyrim players i think they can achieve both by having these things optional. Maybe off by default.

How do they expect us to transition in boss fights when mechanics are based on percentages of their health. When we have no percentage numbers. Seems like an easy fix to add at least a percentage. Example last boss in AA 30% transition to massive aoe and dps race.

I didn't know its been asked alot but i can see why, console has been a good release with very little bugs but the game still lacks little things like this to make it a great mmo if they dont listen the next big game to drop i will switch thats what it comes down to

I'm loving my ESO experience save for the lack of HUD info. As a max/min moviated player, not knowing exactly when an enemy is in execute phase is very frustrating. It's a situation of wondering why there are skills that even interact directly with health when you have to guess. No Buff/Debuff Timers is another issue. Even with the visual aura on the player and/or weapons I'd prefer seeing an actual timer.

There just seems to be a disconnect when it comes to elements like this. I understand ZOS wanted to bring the immersion of Elder Scrolls to an MMO, but honestly I find it counter productive when, what are IMO key info points, are missing.

Agreed. If they added "loot drop" addon from the PC, why not add the foundry tactical combat system with a simple toggle on/off.

See this would be a whole Differnt game if this was realeased on console a year a head of pc..

Calm down its not about the pc players at all..Its about addons..and the Devs
Every thing you mentioned they have on PC becaue they can get addons. Which means the devs could save a few dollars and move away from the basic mmo script and give addon makers the freedom to customize the game , mini map ,health % damage numbers ..inventory ..bank ..effects shown on bars( heal over time , bubbles) all addons in pc.

So the develpors didnt care much cause they could pawn it all off on Addon makers...But now we (console players) are like waittt a min..wheres the basic info??? you want me to excute at 35% but theres no way to figure out what % im at ..Unless i go get a ruler hold it up to my screen pin point 35%..wait dead..and i forgot to get soul gems//

Again i have nothing against pc players or add on makers or goldfish..i just think if you sat back and thought about the concerins we see console players (me ) voice there opoion about its the most basic stuff lol

So yeah i think it be a totaly differnt game if console got it first since no add ons...not saying better or worse,,just with basic stuff included ....Thoughts?

• Stat Numbers
• Floating Damage/Health Indicators
• On-Screen Buff Icons
• Mini-Map
• Player Name Labels

And whatever else players want to be more informed. ALL items with toggles, of course.

I would spend real money for this as well, just give us something that would make the BASIC game mechanics accessible. Not being able to tell when to execute is a good example of why we need these BASIC things in the game.

Man... I can't imagine paying $10 for something that not only every game innately had, but already existed as an option in ESO and was removed. Especially the minimap and player name labels.

I said this because this mod seems to think that bringing up a relevant old thread is against the TOS and closes them all.

I said this because this mod seems to think that bringing up a relevant old thread is against the TOS and closes them all.

Send them a PM. Seems ZOS trains no one that we interact with and even keeps the community leads in the dark on stuff

Some of the menus too but in-game isn't the same which is why they don't do ESO live vids on game-pad mode for consoles. We also don't have the patches that are on PC live so a lot differs and we typically don't get the same update when it goes live on consoles

On consoles, everything is set, the ESC menu that exists on PC in both modes in non-existent on console
The chat of is non-existent

The way the controller works with a mouse and keyboard is non-existent.
The ability to set key bindings doesn't exist.
The graphics are extremely different. Point and case, prior to upgrading, my old laptop with a GTX260m looked waaay better than console.

Meaning I could actually see lighting effects, mages book glow, foot steps, souls shards and all from far away where as on consoles, it about 1/4 the distance.

Movement and controls are actually smoother so using skills and stuff differ

The option menus that are on PC game pad mode differ a lot from the options menu on consoles.
Because you can go to the ESC menu it drastically changes any bars and such and with the graphical differences and direct X11 it's no longer comparable IMO on less than stellar a PC.

Smooth edges and text show completely better on PC

The similarities are this:
-use a game pad
-players have @names.
-many parts of the menu look similar

Iv asked a similar question prior to battle scroll text on console and received the same response. They still added battle scrolling text.
