What I'm saying is the rate of growth for Vampirism should not be as slow as molasses at low levels whereas werewolves can level very quickly at low levels. It's basically saying you can be a werewolf anytime but can't be a vampire until you get high leveled.

weird i went to level 6 in day and a half or questing at level 43..you wanna run a level 30 some thing quest at level 10 it should take ages to level up both of them should..
So i agree Zos should look into it and make both quest take forever at lower levels.
