Vampirism bias?

Why is it you can be a Werewolf at a low level and it grows fine but you become a Vampire at a low level and it doesn't? I'm no vampire fan personally and I made 1 just to have 1 and offer free bites and stuff but how can I offer free bites when my vampire is Lv10 and the skill doesn't even grow due to me being so low level? Come on ZoS if werewolves are "available" to low levels make vampires so as well!

They level up in fundamentally different ways. Werewolf, as a transformation, levels by using the transformation. Since there is no transformation for vampires, they level off regular experience. If it was changed to go faster at low levels, then there would be virtually no progression for higher levels.

What I'm saying is the rate of growth for Vampirism should not be as slow as molasses at low levels whereas werewolves can level very quickly at low levels. It's basically saying you can be a werewolf anytime but can't be a vampire until you get high leveled.

Wait did you say your Vampire was Level 10? That is the highest level for Vampire.

Well if you know you can't be a vamp until high level why did you bother getting it at level 10, your going to get ReKt in some areas of pve.

Vamp is > than ww so yes it's harder to level it.

Werewolves needs a hefty ultimate to be active to level up... so yeah it seems fine.

I have had the opposite experience. Leveling up WW was much more difficult because I had to actually be in WW form to advance the line. Pain in the rear.

True you need to transform to level up the werewolf but all you need to do is find an area with enough enemies and you should be able to prolong your time in wolf form and level up as you will, I levelled to 7 in a few hours doing that, where my vampire now (who is a higher level than my wolf) has taken nearly 2 days to level to 3. considering you get both diseases in the same area I can understand what the OP is talking about

Exactly! I mean werewolf really isn't hard to raise just get it to level 3 activate devour and it's smooth sailing! I'd have my werewolf's skill tree at lv10 by now if it wasn't for interference from some punk hounding me about a bite and using trade requests to keep me from devouring thus ending my run. Vampirism however I have done a bit of and not gained ANY xp at all so it is basically stuck at lv1 until my character grows hence why I made this thread because I believe it isn't fair to vampires to be so much harder to raise than werewolves. Furthermore how am I supposed to get to be able to bite anyone if I can't even get to lv2 Vampirism anytime soon nevermind lv6?

weird i went to level 6 in day and a half or questing at level 43..you wanna run a level 30 some thing quest at level 10 it should take ages to level up both of them should..

So i agree Zos should look into it and make both quest take forever at lower levels.

...Please do not twist my words like that. If someone manages to complete the Werewolf or Vampire quest so early they deserve the trait and should be able to use it just as freely as a higher level can. Werewolf is fine but Vampire... Well let's just say it's one more reason for me to dislike Vampires. Hated them in Skyrim and so far I dislike them in this game too. If ZoS actually DOES let low-level Vampires grow maybe it'll knock down the ridiculous monopoly people like to run on the bites a peg or 2.
