Unable to Link xBox One account with PC

HI, I have been playing ESOL on my xBox One and purchased it for my PC. When it attempt to login to my account on my PC it fails. How do I get past this?

Hey there, @SethGko! Did you happen to purchase your PC copy of ESOTU on Steam (or a physical retail copy)? If so, please ensure that you've redeemed your game code on the ESOTU account website. You can use your same account, just redeem the game code on it. Until that game code is redeemed, your account won't recognize the PC version of the game.

Thanks for the follow-up. I purchased the game on Steam. I am unable to find a product key anywhere for the game. I verified it didn't go to my junk email, can I find this via Steam?

@SethGko I'm sorry you're having issues I hope this might help, but if you right click on Elder Scrolls Online's icon in your steam library there should be small menu that pops up, when it does there should be an option to view CD key click that and do copy & paste when you register or login for an account on ESO's main website. When linking your Xbox Gamertag with your PC account ensure you have the right account info or also it will give you errors unsure if what those errors would be though. Good Luck

Thank you for the helpful response, @DragonSamurai360! @SethGko, you should also be able to find the CD key by left-clicking on the game title in your Steam library and clicking on the CD Key option on the right hand side of the window under the "Links" section. This opens a pop-up window that contains the key.
