Worst support ever?

Ok, maybe not ever but I sure as *** can't remember any game support ever being this straight up useless. Tens of thousands (possibly 100's of thousands) paid for content a month ago. Now we all know games can be pretty shappy at launch these days, battlefield 4 and assassins creed unity, for example. But there is a difference between a game being buggy and broken( which this undoubtably is too!) and paying for content and not receiving it. Not only that but there has been no statements made to address this matter since the one and only "we're aware of this issue" at launch. Not to mention a huge part of this audiance pre-ordered this game. Most people usually preorder a game to support a certain dev, save some in game currency wastage and for a bit of a head start. The second two are already redundant now because of the amount of time that has lapsed since then, which we'll most likely not be compensated for. As for supporting the dev and getting a small thank you for having faith. Well it seems like they've just taken my money and gone holiday or something. Judging by eso plus and some of the stuff ie heard, thank god I didn't purchase it... Well yeah, worst game support ever in opinion (on console anyway). Dozen tickets submitted, tried, still heard nothing new. Now being ignored, not even getting my copy paste replies now. Oh and somehow there is nothing on gaming sites regarding this *** up, funny? Seems like news to me. Oh and stop saying "we appreciate your patience" its long past that point and just seems sarcastic.

Not surprised you are being ignored.

Is your game currently unplayable ?
Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.

ESO Plus is great value for money actually - If i were to buy 1500 crowns per month (which I would easily do) it would cost me only £1 less than the cost of ESO+, plus I get the xp, gold and crafting bonuses too!
