The Final Assault quest in Coldharbour bugged

I'm at the top of the map for The Final Assault quest. I went through the planar portal destroyed the first dark anchor and went down to the second dark anchor. After I crossed the wooden bridge and defeated a few enemies i kept going forward and nothing else happened, I know that more enemies are suppose to appear and I defeat them in order to destroy the next dark anchor. I don't know what's wrong. I've tried logging out and going in and out of the planar portal several times with no luck at spawning the enemies that I need to fight. Please help.
