Ingredients

What delves seem to have the most crates, barrels and sacks with ingredients in them?

Delves? Not many of them really. I mean some do, but it's not enough for farming.

Are you trying to avoid stealing? Or are you not wanting to steal because you don't want to get caught? If the latter, there are many places in larger towns to fill up on prov ingredients and not have any NPCs around to cry alarm.

Warehouses in Malabal Tor for example are a great place. In fact, that whole town is a great place to farm for provisioning ingredients. Some ships in the game have little to no NPCs in them. Docks are great too as most containers are far enough away from NPCs that they won't see you.

Then, launder the ingredients, if you want to put them in the bank or sell, or just use them if you want to cook.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I'm helping a friend collect them so it's not really that efficient only about 120 a day is what I can launder

Ahh. Yes, Justice System really put the brakes on Provisioning Farming.

I have seen small groups of crates and barrels in most delves that have human mobs in them, but not enough to make a farm run worth while. I do remember one Delve that had a decent amount of containers in it, but I can not remember where it was, or even what Alliance it was (I have 4 mains that swap around working with to keep things fresh)

What would be the best way in you don't want to deal with Fencing is to do Provisioning Writs. Since they ask for the same 3 Foods and 3 Drinks over and over again, you can make the stacks, then the writs take about 2 minutes to do. You will get 3 to 5 10/20 stacks in each Writ Reward Container. Does not sound like a lot, but if you do these writs on a few mules, that means you can fill your larder up in about a week. My Provisioning Mule who holds my ingredients puts about 10 to 15 100 stacks a week into the Guild Kiosks for sale. This is over and above the 200 stack he has of each prov ingredient.

The other thing to look into are the Guild Kiosks. The Prov Ingredients do not sell for all that much, at least the ones I sell don't and I keep my prices close to average. If your on the consoles, then prices may be higher.

In Rivenspire, Northpoint containers stay neutral for the most part even after the city quest is over

not sure if the city in coldharbour is a good place to farm but i've noticed everything is free to take with no need to worry about being caught

Erokii Ruins in Rivenspire, up near where the final battle takes place, is a good place to check out.
