Case Example
1. Monster A is immune to fear and slowing effects (he's really big).
2. Hero A casts Mass Hysteria (he panicked).
Does Monster A still suffer from Minor Maim (15% damage reduction de-buff) or does an immunity to the core effect (fear) result in a blanket immunity to subsequent effects?
Mass Hysteria: Cause up to 3 enemies to flee in fear for 4 seconds. After recovering, enemies have movement speed decreased 50% for 4 seconds and are afflicted with Minor Maim, which reduces their damage by 15%.
