Where do you find recipes?

Mainly for alchemy and woodworking and cooking (and specifically iron dagger for my bs certificate)

I find all these materials and I end up deleting them later because then I don't have room to pick up any other items in my inventory...

You only need Recipes for Provisioning. You need Motif Books to learn different Racial Styles, but you can make your own racial style just because you are of that race.

What you need, are the materials to craft with and a crafting station.

Note, you find Provisioning Recipes and Motifs in containers such as furniture, urns, backpacks etc.

Just make sure to "Open" or "read" the recipe or motif. It will let you know if it's known already or not.
