9 Hours into the new campaign AD & DC surrender.

Well that's not surprising. Every single morning for the past 30 days the population has looked something like this:
EP: Locked
AD: Medium or low
DC: Low

It's only natural for people to get sick of having all the work they've done on the map taken away when they sleep when it's happened 30 times during the 30 day campaign that just ended. If they like fighting walls though, all power to them. Maybe Zenimax will implement a feature that just resets all keeps to their home colours once a day when everyone else quits or rerolls EP so they have something to do.

It's pretty easy to take everything when everyones asleep, enjoy the first place once again at the end of the month.

Funny, we took Emp with 2 bar AD against 3 bar EP When you can consistently pop lock at 4-6am, there isn't gonna be any other result than the picture above.

When prime time comes you are often pushed back to Arrius even with full emp and scroll buffs.

Its irritating because the queue is massive to get in, but when you do it's populated by pre-pubescent teens that wanted to play skyrimm online.

Yep pretty much. What really annoys me is when people feel the need to take every wall down when the flags are already being capped then leave and not repair and also when they feel like standing there under oil. Surely after the first few sieges you would clue on. Every alliance has their "leaders" that can strategise and provide direction but still the muppets have the numbers.

Haha between those times, you mean, when you actually have enemies to fight and not just PvDoor?

Sorry dude but its kind of laughable that you think there is a coalition; any time there is an emperor its kind of duty for both other factions to target you down; was the same when I claimed it at the weekend.

EP deserve to be especially targeted because of the nightcaps for sure.

EP deserve to be especially targeted because of the nightcaps for sure.

Pretty much is a coalition when we're stuck at Arrius because whichever direction we attack in we get hit in the back thanks to AD and DC holding hands.

Not really, AD backstab DC, DC backstab AD, soon as EP try and get out both make sure you don't until the nightcap crew comes around to paint the map again.

Very short sighted if you think your faction isn't the sole cause of it.

I like Azura. Makes a difference from Defending Thornblade. The actual 'fighting people' aspect is a lot of fun, especially as in Azura last night (first chance I've had to get on since the new campaign start), I noticed it was a lot of pitched battles rather than attacking and defending a keep. I like that. Then of course is the reputation building. On Thornblade, Seizar and Apiks (I think I spelt them correctly) are two very challenging opponents who I enjoy (sometimes sigh) coming up against. In Azura, I've noticed that people tend to spot other players (one guy was terrified of an Aldmeri called DaglishUK. I love it cause I'm a scouser, and King Kenny is a local hero, no idea if it's a reference like). I dunno about you guys, but I enjoy that level of camaraderie and respect. 20+ players scattering and then working together to take a single player down is awesome.

I'm a fan of Azura. I doubt I'll hit the heights, but I'll enjoy it whilst I'm there. Yeah, it's a challenge to be EB whilst I'm there, but running into a three way brawl and getting sparked out in seconds, whilst still taking others down is easily one of my favourite moments in the game. If I wanted ease, I'd go sit in Deshaan and beat up mud crabs.

Having said that, to talk down to one alliance about something all alliances do is just daft.

It's all true what Dalglish has said EP will always be the Main Target because of those pathetic nightcaps, and this coming from American in AD on a EU server. Mostly i just hide near these night campers and see who it is, because they have the same timezone as as mewhich is Est Time. ( K1LL3R G777 toke a yellow scroll back home to AD So you gotta remember the name )

Agreed. EP can't complain about being targeted by both other factions (there is no coalition as far as I'm aware) when they shamelessly nightcap everything when everyone is offline and asleep. They defend Arrius very well, though I'll give them that.

What did we see last night? EP going for Faregyl while DC going for Black Boot. That so called coalition is extremely strong isn't it?

Get a grip of your senses and realise people will attack where they want to attack, if you nightcap, your alliance only has itself to blame for being targeted for the whole of the next day.

If AD or DC done the same, they should expect the same treatment.

Yes I nightcap, I am actually 200 players playing at the same time so that during the day when more people play I actually want my alliance to be stuck at one keep.

I wish there was an alliance... EP holding all 6 scrolls and emperor from their nightcap, meanwhile DC groups are pushing Faregyl from Roebeck while Aleswell remains red...

It's good to see the Daggerfall has 10-20 people standing around the transition stone not doing anything too, I thought it was just EP.

AD, you guys seeing anything similar?

I love the fact DaglishUK is a Scouser. At least one of us is scaring the sheezus out of people.

Nar that happens for every faction dude, AD were losing Faregyl the other night and there were maybe 20-25 guys inside at Trans stone AFK(or AFC?) while they were taking flags.

Or you get the guys who start 24 man groups and just spend 30-40 mins arguing in area chat on where they want to go (usually ends up Arrius even though DC are taking our home keeps).

Pugs will be pugs.

I don't get why AD and DC fight each other when EP have all the scrolls. Makes no sense.

I also hate the people who stand around the transitus shrines while there's a battle going on. I once heard a guy moaning in area chat "I'm not going back out there just to die straight away. I'll wait here until we take Arrius." Wish those people would just leave to make space for the people who will actually do something help my alliance.
