Some folks play just one main character, maybe two, while others play a bunch of alternate characters. Which are you?

    Full disclosure: Have been playing on and off since PC beta, and have one main character (VR2), and seven alts.

    My newest alt is a Khajiit I named Death'by'Powerpoint.

    This ^ exactly...I have two from each faction.

    Though the 2nd group of three are all lowbies I started after coming back to the game after a long time of being quit.

    I miss my troll Argonian I made when I was on the fence about quitting before I left.

    * 1 Main at VR14,
    * 2 Crafters (that I had to level up to VR1 to have access to Craglorn),
    * 2 extras on AD that I want to level up to full,
    * 3 mules for stuff I'm hoarding (provisioning ingredients, upgrade tempers, disguises, dungeon trophies, bound pieces of sets that I'm saving up for my alts... so much stuff!!!)

    I need to make space for an extra AD DK, so I can have a dedicated tank :)

    So, I need more slots too :'(

    I like to think of them as "main of the moment"s....6 of them, plus 1 mule and 1 in a different faction that just crafts

    The mule was actually my first, but a little ways in I didn't like her so much
    If options weren't necessary, and everyone played the same way, no one would use addons. Fix the UI!

    I have two characters. One of which would be my 'main'.

    If the grind wall wasn't so large I would have at least one character of every class. The time consuming task of leveling Alts in this game is far too superior to the amount of time I have, and am willing, to put into the game.

    Still WTB Straight to VR14 Consumable.

    I play only one character.
    I only play one character. I don't enjoy managing additional characters (except as pack mules), so one is all I need.

    If a game is one I truly enjoy playing, I have no problem destroying the previous character and starting anew.

    This is also a reason I don't make 20 saves per minute when I play a game. I want my choice and actions to be part of the experience, so if I "lose" something or a quest doesn't go in my favor, I accept it and remember it for the next play through.

    I like to not steer off to other characters while playing games like WoW, because it distracts me from leveling my current character.

    So, at the moment I only have one character.

    I do not go cross-faction but here's my character list:

    #1: Orc Nightblade as my main, not to mention a true Ninja. Dabbles in Alchemy.
    #2: Altmer Sorcerer as my offensive mage. Dabbles in Enchanting.
    #3: Argonian Sorcerer as my support mage, especially healing. Dabbles in Clothing.
    #4: Imperial Templar as my most defensive toon and best tank. Dabbles in Provisioning.
    #5: Khajiit Dragonknight as my main melee combatant. Dabbles in Blacksmithing.
    #6: Bosmer Nightblade as my archer. Dabbles in Woodworking.
    #7: Redguard Templar as an extra Templar. Will be my permanent Werewolf.
    #8: Dunmer Dragonknight as an extra Dragonknight. Will be my permanent Vampire.

    P.S. 1-6 will be neither Werewolf or Vampire although my main will be them both temporarily for the sake of completion.

    I play only one character.
    Been playing since launch with only my DK tank for the most part. I do have a VR9 sorc, but I dont think I'll ever finish leveling him. Everything else is a bank mule, crafting mule or just to learn what the other classes have.

    I did once, and this becaus the other class was nothing for me and i rerolled a main :p

    Just one spare so I can still play while my husband can't as we are trying to experience the game together. It's handy for building up extra gold savings & farming for my main character.

    Spare = Orc Dragon Knight in EP

    I have 16 characters, play on both servers, and have still gone on to play a different (11 y/o) game (that actually has some content). The only reason I log in these days is to train my mounts, check research, and collect from hirelings. Sub is up in another month, and won't be resubbing until ZoS figures out what the heck they are doing with this game.
