Fishy Stick Recipe to spare?

I've been looking in urns, chests, closets, and I can't seem to find the fishy stick recipe. I'm looking for someone who has a spare recipe to trade. I'm on XBone/ NA server. My gamertag is Jay Gally. Let me know your price and we can negotiate.

I had a hard time with the Syrah Wylie wine recipe, myself. I found it by stealing from: the inn in the first major city, constant trips back to the house I woke up in, the bank, and any citizens' homes that were unlocked. (Locked ones seem to have someone angry in them when I enter.) Making the rounds to do this for about 2-3 days, as I did my usual other stuff, not only finally got me that recipe but plenty of others, a racial motif, and lots of good treasure to fence. I didn't want my character to be a thief, but it seems the best way to find recipes and motifs I've found.
Provisioning is a pain--I'm currently stuck on Carrot Soup and Golden Lager.
Good luck. I'm on NA XB1 server myself, in DC. But I'm still looking for a fishy stick recipe for my second character.

The Syrah Wylie wine recipe smh, yea that one took forever for me to find as well. I actually gave up for a bit trying to find it and I happened to loot a chest on a mission and found it. I was surprised and ecstatic. But the Fishy Stick recipe is proving much harder and now I'm finding recipes that I already know. Le sigh. But I'm making a nice chunk of change selling them. If you're looking to join a guild fancy let me know! We dungeon regularly.

I suggest checking all the guild vendors in each city. I've found many writ recipes that way for around 400g each

It's just so time consuming to do that on console with no mods. Especially with no text to search function or any logical search function to find what you're looking for in guild traders. I've tried that in major cities to no avail unfortunately.

I might take you up on that. First I have to figure out which guilds to quit, though. I'm in one with friends, the rest were all spam invites.

My feelings exactly. The lack of a Search feature makes it had when it comes to finding provisions & recipes,
