Daedric Artifact Idea

So I have not seen there being Daedric Artifacts in the game and had myself an idea on how they could be integrated.

First off every Artifact would be a legendary Trophy that was the part of the known artifact that have been removed from them, and they boost certain abilities. For example: Dawnbreaker Ability would have a corresponding trophy gaining quest called "The Core of Dawn"
The Core of Dawn is the trophy and upon using the trophy the damage of Dawnbreaker is increased and it gains a passive called Dawn Breaks.
Dawn Breaks would give the Dawnbreaker ability the secondary stat of increasing Flame and Fighters Guild Abilites when slotted.

Second is obtaining the Trophies.
Since all the trophys would be legendary i would say getting them should be very difficult, this might upset people that are collecting all of them just because they can but i feel like if it is going to be legendary that it should be hard to obtain.
For example i will use a Molag Bal trophy quest idea: After defeating Molag Bal and reaching level 50 (or vet rank 1) a quest can be found in Coldharbour that directs you to where Molag Bal was defeated.
His image (like the one in the colored rooms) will appear and give you a challenge, a Dungeon.
The dungeon is full of Daedra will powerful abilities and at the end you will fight a Titan that is as strong as Molag Bal was during the fight with him.
Defeating the Titan will allow you to loot a Shard of the Vampires Mace from the shrine behind it.
The Shard of the Vampires Mace will enhance all vampire related abilities at the cost of some power lost from the vampire ultimate.

So the whole premise of what i am getting at is that all the artifacts in ESO are parts of the actual artifacts, not the artifacts themselves.
They still hold great power, just not as much as the full artifact.
This way the artifacts can be lore friendly in a way, and so people won't be running around in Cyrodill instakilling people with overpowered weapons and armor.

If you want you can post an idea for other artifacts such as something related to the Ebony Mail or Goldbrand, i will post a reply about the Core of Dawn quest idea once i am finished coming up with it.

Thanks for reading, i can't wait for your replies! (even though some of them might be hate comments xD)

I finished thinking about the Core of Dawn quest idea and came up with a little something else as well.
Every trophy can be earned at vet rank 1 or lvl 50 but before you can actually use it you will need to upgrade it at a shrine to the corresponding prince so the piece of the artifact can have it's power unleashed in full.
So to put it short you will have to travel the the shrines of the princes to be able to use the trophys each corresponding prince has.

But anyways the Core of Dawn quest would unlock after your last contact with Meridia at the end of the main story.
After 10 in game days post main story finish and unlocking the Dawnbreaker Ability a quest can be found in the Harborage via Cadwell. (similar to how you start Cadwells Silver/Gold)
He will say lady Meridia would like to speak to you and upon agreeing you will be brought back to the Colored Rooms.
Meridia will tell you that the core of her beloved artifact Dawnbreaker has lost it's full power and sends you to create a new core in a Daedric Ruin where the blade was originally created.
It is full of Coldharbour Daedra and a couple Daedroth, this is because Molag Bal had the Daedric Temple overrun in an attempt to kill Meridia.
Throughout the dungeon you are collecting items to forge a new Core for Dawnbreaker and upon reaching the forge where it will be created you will be greeted by the boss of the Dungeon, an Image of Corrupted Light.
This is the spirit that forged the artifact with Meridia and it is the only one that can forge a new core for the sword, so you have to fight it to expel it's corruption.
Upon winning the fight he will forge the core and go back into a deep slumber until he is needed again.
Then simply return to the Colored Rooms via the portal you got to the ruins from and Meridia will send you back to Tamriel with the trophy, then simply find the shrine to Meridia and unlock the trophy.

I feel like the Dawnbreaker ability is required for this simply because Meridia's trophy power only works with Dawnbreaker slotted.

No and again no. Lore says there is only a few artifacts per daedric prince and there has never ever been anything about fractions or "parts" of the artifact. ESO has already broke some lore and it doesn't need to break more by adding "fragments" of daedric artifacts to make the original artifact more powerful which again we as the players can never obtain.

Did you ever think that after a while the broken pieces of the artifacts were reunited with the actual artifacts?

This one i posted isn't even my original idea but this one made some more sense to me some how.

My original idea was that the artifacts would be whole but still trophys that grant passives and boosts to abilities.
They would have had quests similar to the ones in skyrim where you are named the corresponding princes' champion, but why would Molag Bal name you his champion right after sticking him a new one?

The one i posted made more sense to me.
