XBOX ONE Can't swap weapons and the quest scion of the blood moon is broken PLEASE HELP

EU Server Daggerfall covenant XBOX ONE
I was having connectivity problems with my internet unfortunately i think this has caused my game to bug, now i cannot swap weapons when i press the left D pad and not only that i was in the middle of the scion of the blood matron quest and that too has also bugged, after killing the worm assassins i am supposed to speak to an NPC called Lamae Bal in the blood matrons crypt but i cannot see her, only the quest arrow pointing to where she should be, i have 6 days left on this quest before i loose it, so the matter is quite urgent, PLEASE HELP.

xanderous✭✭Issue has been resolved by abandoning the quest and restarting it, turns out the quest was what was causing the bug which was stopping me from being able to swap weapon, egg on my face, should of tried this first instead of, deleting local safe, reinstalling tue game lol0
