Still cant log-in to the game after so many months Error <<1>>

I know that many people have this problem its still not fixed for me, whenever i try to select character or loging in it turns me back to the log-in screen and saying Error <<1>> unable to log, no matter what i do it doesnt get fixed we even tried it in the local internet cafe with multiple accounts but noone could connect because of this error

location might be the biggest factor here. there is no telling just how different the infrastructure is between countries.

If you followed your own link, it will point you to another link. That last link has replies from the support team with instructions on how to help you out... have you tested those work arounds out by chance?
