still no imperial or preorder content

Ok its actually been a month since launch now. Still no preorder or imperial content and no indication of when I might. Iys been so long now the starter bmp from the explorers pack is actually irrelevant, will we be compensated for that fact? Any help would be appreciated because support is the worst I've ever come across as a consumer. Sent back and forth by eso and psn. Automated this and we're aware of the issue don't he'll one bit. Nothing but a run around and I doubt I'll be getting a refund. The game is great. All I want is the stuff I was promised and had money taken from me for.

    There is a hundreds of us waiting. I am one of them . Support forgot about me and don't even answer anymore . Sadly what else we can do ? Just waiting till they fix it ?

    saddly Linkin yes, unless there are Trade laws in your County that has laws about not reciveing what you payed for after so many days rules, or thins like that, but yes most of us are over 4 weeks waiting close to a month aka 4.3 weeks, some of us are listed as evaluation after posting to um screen shots showing my game in in the listing with pre-order timer, the content from the page, screens if pages i chud take not geting items, how it listed on my ps4 but have not got the content, and then haveing to submit proof of purchase screen captures,

    i just hope yous can get a quick Resolve mate,

    You keep saying that over a month now :) and yes we know that you working on it, but did u find out what is a problem ?

    I don't understand why this is not being done for everyone, iwas given the crowns from support over 2 weeks to purchase the packs ingame. Granted im still getting replys from other support staff saying there investigating etc... Proving they never even looked at my account. Whole situation is being made so much worse by terrible inconsitant support

    When there has been no fix found ... no fix is found ... there is no workaround. Nothing has changed, when something does change the statements form Zenimax will reflect that.

    I expect they will offer compensation of some sort once the solution has been implemented.

    Meantime enjoy the base game, just save a few character slots for when you get the expansions
