Hello. I have been having this ongoing issue for almost 1 week now where I cannot send mail to my friends through the 'friends' selection as all my friends on my list who currently play ESO are not there when I select it. It's completely blank. I have to go into my mail selection then select R1 to type in a friends username by manually typing it in to send mail. I was hoping it would be sorted after the big 15 gb patch update but unfortunately no.
