Eso plus payment

Hello people, im new to eso sort of games and was looking to buy eso plus. But my card get refused because its not a credit card only a debit card, i was wondering is there another way to pay for eso plus. I live in the UK if that helps in anyway Thanks inadvance

I'm in the UK and was able to pay for ESO Plus with my debit card, so there may be some other unknown issue involved.
