Suggested Weapons for Sorcerer

I've only really used 2H stalves (destruction/restoration) so far but I am curious to see what other weapon(s) combinations are suggested for a sorcerer for good DPS in terms of:
- PvE
- PvP

Sandshark95✭✭✭Staves are excellent choices for a Sorcerer for both PVE and PvP, especially a magicka based Sorc. I've heard DW is also a good option for a melee magicka build because of the bonus you get from having two weapons instead of one.
Personally, I'd stick with the staves for magicka Sorc DPS, possibly having DW as a secondary melee option.0
