Apparently i was rollback'd over 2 months .. ?

I had some crashing issues, okay, fps issues, nothing wrong there, it was my PC being silly, but then it just crashed, real hard, and i had no choice but to reboot, and by that i mean pulling th eplug on the PC.... it woundl't let me do anything other than that.
It so happens that when i loged back, it said it was my first time logging this PC, then, when I did log back to character screen, i see a literal flashback, from the time i didn't have any decent items on my V14 and all teh other characters were in low 4s and 10s. even my other Vr 9, now it was back to Vr1.
I did not risk to actually log in any character yet, as that may just as well screw up definetely, i dunno...
So, first things first.
Is it safe to log in ? - then
is that a visual glitch only?
did I really lose over a month of gameplay because some stupid code line ?
if so i'll demand refund of my ESO+ membership of the period. also some other stuff, but no details now... only solutions.
tech guy, check the logs, they can figure it out.

✭Hey there, @Lenikus. Can you double check if you're logging onto the live server or the PTS for us? You should be able to check under the GAMES menu on the launcher.0 -
Lenikus✭✭✭✭✭Okay, got it, figured what happened... i think, at least.
it was the launcher being ... something
I was logging on the normal servers, and had that past-save thing, then i switched to the PTS, and as expected, the old thing.
and then I closed the game, closed the launcher, opened it back, and swaped the servers back and forth.
Turns out both of servers were showing as highlighted in the launcher for some reason, I clicked on the NA server a number of times and reloged. seems to have worked. I'm checking the launcher now and it seems to be normal again.
anyway, mister Tristank, have a nice one. either the launcher has a visual thing or i'm getting colorblind. i'll find a way to delete this thread, problem* was solved.... Mai cave. >:30
