Why have many simple UI options been removed from PS4?

Maintenance for the week of March 31:
• [COMPLETE] PC/Mac: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – March 31, 4:00AM EDT (8:00 UTC) - 8:00AM EDT (12:00 UTC)
• Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for patch maintenance – April 2, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)

My biggest for example is i love to have health bars above other people and npc's but not above myself, i can turn off OWN health bar on the PC but not on the PS4? was it this necessary to dumb down the console UI choice this much?

p.s. When you are in 1ST Person and look up with health bar on you see the health bar float above your head lol...

I was once Banned for making a game criticism. Think about that.

    Check the options. I found it today but I think it was for NPC's only. Didn't like it personally but each to their own.
