Illessan Tower quest

Woo first thread discussion.
So I started a new orc yesterday (a nb after playing dk since launch) wow is it a fun class.
Going to Illessan Tower outside the DC starting city of Daggerfall I remember a runner quest found in the delve that would bring you to the Red Rook camp, and those associated quests. However, this last time there was no quest.
So changed? Bad memory? Or bug? Help and orc out.

✭✭✭✭I did it yesterday on PC (although admittedly on a VR1 EP character) and can confirm the quest is still there - the dungeon has been enlarged in some patch or another over the last few months and the quest may have moved - but it was still in the dungeon for me.GM - Ghost Sea Trading Co - NA PC
