What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.
    That's right... Horse.

that sounds like its cut with other stuff i want the real skooma, cant we make that happen ?

moon sugar is created from a gentle agitation of the cane. Skooma is created from heat extraction of the moon sugar, a few other components are needed.

This is what skooma does to you,

I think Skooma should be implicated. It would be awesome to have a 'special' alchemy item - i.e Skooma - that only requires refines Moon Sugar and water. It could have a good effect like + [x] Stamina and Magcika and increase Stamina and Magicka regen by [x] but you should get a bounty if seen make it and it should be treated as a stolen good even if made by you.

Skooma is an addictive drug and has negative health affects. If anything, it should give a speed boost but at the same time give a health (or some other stat) penalty. Maybe have a blurred vision affect when it is active.

Skooma is made from moon sugar. They're not the same thing. That's like saying flour and cake are the same thing.

There's a dominion quest where you get to carry some briefly. You can't do anything with it though. Some khajiit farmer tells you his sister is making it because their farm isn't doing well and wants you to find her stash so he can destroy it.

haha, i think it should give a major increase to stamina, then hit the player with a ultimatum to keep taking the potion to maintain the buffs or suffer a significant hit to health for 24-48hrs.
