Some doubts regarding cp and my stam build

My main is VR14 and stam based. Im stam dps dk nord. About 12-13k dps. 9k-10k usually.
I have just 125 cp.
With food,I have about 27k stamina and about 20k health. My problem(well I guess the same problem all stam builds have) i would like to not run out of stamina that soon(mainly while using steel tornado).
So I have about 26 cp in warlord and 15 in mooncalf. Should I add more to warlord and quit from mooncalf I guess?
I have the whole points in medium armor focus and just 1 in spell shield. is that ok? Or should I put more in spell shield?
I have more points invested in mighty than in precise. is that ok?
Im wearing 5 medium and 2 heavy. Should I wear 7 medium? of course I have the whole skills from medium and heavy armor leveled.
All 2h,dw and bow maxed.
