after console launch we dont get answears to bug reports, or any other contact with the support service....
i think this is bad for the game, and if u are lucky enough to get a reply it ses we have to much to do with consol reports so please try later.....

WTF ZoS???

you knew this will gonna happend when u did release the game to consol, why did you not get a squad for the consol support?

    Sended bug report of invisible quest giver NPC... never got answer. Luckily it was somehow fixed itself in next login. But really... this is unacceptable.
    Magicka sorcerer from start until the end. Always. Through the good times and the bad, even now when its probably saddest PvE dps it has ever been.
    Even as an owner of one radiant apex mounts I am against radiant apex mounts and anything thats not obtainable by direct purchase.

    Bug reports are never answered, they never have been. Basically you are contributing to a list with those.

    Help tickets are a different thing and they used to be pretty good about it, even to the point I've had an ingame GM spend a couple of hours helping me get a quest straightened out. Haven't put one of those in for awhile now, tho.

    It literally says that bug report WILL NOT BE ANSWERED. How about actually read it before you start complaining?

    The team receiving /bugs probably doesn't have a means to respond anyways. Just let them do their jobs.

    Its slow, I havent gotten an answer in week. I suppose they didnt hire any extra staff for console launch.

    I see two groups of people here: People that want answers and support and people that are making excuses for zenimax so they get brownie points with the forum moderators.

    I have no doubt that this is exactly what's going to happen. Either that or will get some made up answer that makes no sense. Saw this when apparently we couldn't explain why someone's subscription only had 179 days. There's no day 180 because it starts counting down immediately, but there's also no day 0 because they can't display hours. My advice, stop coming to the forums for support answers. While I don't think it's right, your just wasting your time trying.

    How nice for you. Just curious, do you pay for ESO plus? (No I'm not bashing on you, it's a legitimate question.) Because even though I personally don't agree with the practice, I see nothing wrong with people that pay subscriptions to get support quicker than those who don't.

    They never respond to in-game bug reports and rarely respond with more than an automated/stock response for a bug report on the support site - if they responded to all bug reports they'd never get anything done. They are pretty good however at calling out major bugs that in the works of being fixed and/or responding to threads where major bugs are reported.
    Is there a particular bug you would like a response to?

    The also rarely fix in game bugs, so may be they just don't get the reports!
