Necromancy is used by the Worm Cult. If there was a very good questline involving them to learn the skills and whatnot, that may make it a lot more interesting.
But it's not a thing that really bothers me. I would vastly prefer Spellcrafting to hurry up and come along.

This comes up a lot and I don't like it. Vampires are the champions or Molag Bal, the guy that enslaved you and you try to get rid of, and you can become a vampire.
And a quest to get it wouldn't work, because:
1) Inaccessible from an early stage.
2) Then you'd have 4 skill lines..?

Mix and match as with the Fighters and Mage Guild :P
They are having enough trouble balancing classes as it is. Adding another class would only exacerbate that problem.

If ZOS did it right in the 1st place...they wouldn't be having these problems.

Very few MMO's achieve perfect class balance.
Maybe if people stopped shouting for things to be nerfed and buffed?

People say this all the time. You can play as Vampires. Not only are vampires considered evil, they are the servants of the very thing you are trying to get rid of.
I imagine that if they did the questline right, that little detail can be overlooked in the same way I overlook the fact that obviously starved vampires can walk into town unhindered.
