Launcher Stuck at Loading

I attached a pic. to show what I'm experiencing.What I tried so far ;
Internet=>Connection=>Lan=> unchecked all didnt work
Tried VPNs didnt work(tried 5 countries in EU, Australia and USA with 3 diffrent proxy softwares)
tried to close all startup programs didnt work
tried to open launcher=>disconnect internet=> sleep computer for 5 mins=> nothing happened
tried to delete #####bethesblabla.net something from hosts.ini wasnt even there
Flushed DNS didnt work
Tried DNS didnt work
Run as Admin in all these too didnt work
did all the clear proxy and etc. didnt fix anything
basicly I tried everything I could find.
I try to re install the game and the problem is it stucks at loading after I deleted and re installed .Doesnt even start downloading the game.
I can open game from .exe but problem is I'm missing patches.
So is there any way I can manually download the patches or fix this issue of connecting to game download servers?

Do you have an open ticket with support at the moment? If so, we'll be happy to take a look at your diagnostic reports to see if we can help narrow it down for you. At this time there is no way to manually download the patches separately, but we can assist you in seeing what's interfering with your launcher connection.

yes I sumbited a ticket dont remember the ticket number but I sumbited it with my e-mail so if it gets reply I should be able to view it or I can give you my e-mail address so you can check tickets sumbited by me(I'll pm it to you if possible) other than that I tried a few other ways I simply cannot download anything from your servers
edit: I cant send you a pm as I suspected but if you cannot find my e-mail well I guess I'll have to write it openly here.Just let me know

I fixed it trought Dependency Walker
It seems I was missing .Dlls which caused this problem. .DLLs I replaced and downloaded are ;
"mfc100 , mfc100u , msvcp100 , msvcr100 , msvcr100_clr0400 , xinput1_3" for 64-bit(System32)
"msvcr100 , msvcr100_clr0400 , xinput1_3" for 32-bit(SysWOW64)

Can you get someone from the technical team to help me? I have a ticket open because my launcher won't connect. The first line support are asking me to try stupid stuff or stuffing around closing an opening the ticket.

It could be I have to talk to my ISP, but I need to know what details on traffic type, IP adresses etc if they are to do anything. It would help if I don't have to figure this all out on my own.

It seems launcher.bethesda.net is at 54.243.115.56
Do you know what type of traffic it uses?
Are there any other IP addresses for the launcher, patchers, downloads, news, etc for ESO.?

Is it possible to elaborate on this solution/problem? My boyfriend is having exactly the same issue, and if there's any particular security program causing this problem, it's worth a shot. We've already tried all the solutions I was able to Google my way to, and nothing worked

Do you share the same Internet connection?

If not, did you try plugging in your cable into his PC / Laptop? Last but not least, I am sure he tried that, but running as Admin is required also.

Just purchased ESO, and my launcher is stuck at loading much like the above. I have tried all above solutions as well. I haven't opened a ticket as I am unsure how - very confused and not at all an easy setup!

I checked for these files, and I was only missing the "msvcr100" in my SysWOW64 folder. I placed that file where it belonged, but the stupid launcher still not working. I have seen in other threads to load eso.exe, but I can't seem to find this file either. How the heck do I fix this? Kinda annoying that you can't play the game because their launcher is a broken piece of junk!

I have no idea how to check for tech stuff on my PC,but I too am stuck at Load screen,..forever.I had to give up.
